3. Fees and billing
Fees are billed according to the plan or proposal you select. Payments are due in advance unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
4. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your content, trademarks, and other materials you provide. Upon full payment, we grant you the rights described in your service agreement. We reserve ownership of our proprietary tools, processes, and reusable code.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FuturaComm Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate services in accordance with the applicable service agreement. We may suspend or terminate access to the site for violations of these terms.
7. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
